Account Sharing: Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If account sharing is detected we reserve the right to terminate your account without refund. The website monitors login-IP’s and usage patterns to detect account sharing.
Account Expiry: Access to premium content will expire 1 week after the final exam date (as per the university exam schedule) in the semester the purchase was made. For extended access due to exam deferral, you must e-mail us through the contact form available with a request for extension BEFORE the account expires. Extensions will be granted on a case by case basis and only a single extension is possible. If an account expires, an extension is not possible.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product, there are absolutely no refunds possible for any reason. Please be sure to double check the item being purchased before finalizing the purchase.
